August Wellbeing Morning Tea

This talk will discuss crucial topics such as fall prevention, balance exercises, and strengthening techniques. Whether you want to enhance your balance, prevent falls, or improve overall strength, this talk is perfect for you.

Our knowledgeable speaker, Nour, will share valuable insights, practical tips, and exercises to help you maintain stability and reduce the risk of falls. Attendees will also receive an Exercise Sheet containing a collection of home-based floor and chair exercises. These exercises are designed specifically to improve balance and strength and can easily be incorporated into your daily routine at home.

Please note this talk will take place upstairs at the Centre and Morning Tea will be served.
