The ideal class for those wanting a medium paced workout (moves to music). 45 minutes of constant movement, an invigorating class comprising:- light cardiovascular movement routines, Zumba light, followed by basic muscle toning exercises and a relaxing cool down. (Incorporating dance moves, dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises). This class is designed to maintain and improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen and condition your body.
Intensity level: moderate to light.
