Feldenkrais - Starting Monday 8th September
Feldenkrais helps you move with greater ease, reduces pain and improves flexibility by retraining your nervous system through gentle, mindful movement.
Tamara Sweeney, our new instructor will guide you through a planned sequence of movement explorations, where you will be encouraged to pay close attention to the sensations of each movement. You will also be encouraged to practice the movements very gently and slowly, ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable throughout.
The class will be held in our Lower Ground Floor rooms on Mondays at 9.30am and can be booked by clicking the button below.
