Service Description

Aimed at seniors wishing the maintain their overall wellbeing in a safe, inclusive and fun environment. 45 minutes of seated to standing movement to an eclectic playlist led by inspiring and encouraging teachers. No previous dance experience is necessary – this class is led by a qualified DHA teacher and is ideal for retirees living independently, all movement abilities are welcome. PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS WILL NOT RUN DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. THANK YOU.
