Service Description

An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. The Tai Chi style taught in this class is the Yang style, which is possibly the most well known style. Intermediate 1 class is suitable for people who have been practising Tai Chi for some time. Its focus is on the 16 forms set, plus an introduction to the 24 forms set. To enrol in this class the student is required to have completed at least 48 to 96 hours of previous Tai Chi training.
