Service Description
Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. The Tai Chi style taught in this class is the Yang style, which is possibly the most well known style. The Beginners 1 class is suitable for people who have no previous experience in Tai Chi. Its focus on the short set of forms, plus an introduction to the 12 forms set. No previous Tai Chi training is required to enrol in this class.
