Would you like to try something different?  Why not come along on Monday 26th June at 10am for some Sound Healing.

Owing to the sound vibrations we are unable to accept any members who have a PACEMAKER OR ANY METAL IN THEIR BODY.

Tibetan Bowls will activate your innate ability to channel healing through the medium of sound and vibrations, creating full body relaxation and recalibration

down to the level of the cellular structure. These vibrations can help reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood, increase energy and give you better sleep. Connect with this holistic resonance approach through the mind, body & soul layers. Enjoy the universal frequencies of healing.  

Please note this will be held upstairs at the Centre and spaces will be strictly limited to 12 people.  Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and a blanket, eye masks are optional.
