Sound Bath

Tibetan Bowls will activate your innate ability to channel healing through the sound and vibrations, creating full body relaxation.

These vibrations can help reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood, increase energy and give you better sleep.

Held upstairs at the Centre with spaces limited to 12 people.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and a blanket, eye masks are optional.

Due to vibrations we're unable to accept any members who have a PACEMAKER OR ANY METAL IN THEIR BODY.

We need a minimum of 6 people to run this session
