Class updates and new class

From Tuesday 16th June, we will be starting an extra Resistance Training class with Raquel at 7.30am in the Constantine Room and Mens' Functional Pilates will move from Mondays to Tuesdays at 8.30am in the McCormick Room.
From Monday 22nd June the two Strength and Balance classes will be retimed to begin at 10am and 11am. All attendees will be notified of these changes.
