Service Description
Chair yoga is a gentle style of yoga performed whilst sitting on a chair or using a chair for balance making yoga more accessible. Chair yoga is an effective and safe practice for all people, including beginners and seniors. The same core principles of traditional yoga such as breath awareness, mindfulness, and creating a balance between effort and ease, are incorporated in Chair Yoga. Many yoga poses and movements can be adapted to a seated position. Practicing Chair Yoga, we can gain many of the same benefits as traditional yoga.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please go to your My Bookings page. Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or missed classes will result in your booking fee becoming non-refundable.
